In the femtreva shop you can buy selected erotic, intimate and lifestyle products – including toys, lingerie, drugstore/cosmetic items, clothing and accessories.

We deliver in neutral, discreet packaging directly to your chosen address. The shop is intended exclusively for adults (18+).

How to order:

1. Find products via the categories at the top or by paging (next/back). If a product has several images, you can swipe through them with your finger.
2. Add items to the cart (quantity adjustable).
3. Tap the cart at the top, review it and proceed to checkout.
4. Choose delivery address, delivery and payment method and place your order.

Before you confirm, you see the full summary including shipping costs and total.

You can order with a customer account – your address details are then saved for next time. Use Register in the shop to create an account in a few steps (email, password, 18+ confirmation).

Your saved address is pre-filled at checkout and can be changed at any time.

The following payment methods are available:

• Pay online – PayPal, credit card, SEPA direct debit or instant bank transfer, securely processed via our payment provider Mollie.
• Advance payment / bank transfer – we ship once payment has been received.
• Cash on delivery – only for personal delivery in the Hamburg area and only for items from our own stock.

The charge / payee appears neutral – the reference does not reveal the contents.

We ship throughout Germany (and, where offered, to Austria and Switzerland) in neutral, discreet packaging.

• Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days after ordering, or after receipt of payment for advance payment. Exceptions may be noted on the product page.
• Shipping costs: shown in the cart and at checkout; free shipping applies from a certain order value.
• Drop-shipping: some items are shipped directly by an EU wholesaler on our behalf. Delivery time and shipping costs may then differ; personal delivery and cash on delivery are not available for these items.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts once you (or a person named by you) have received the goods.

How to withdraw:

1. Declare your withdrawal informally by email to info@femtreva.de or by letter (a model form is included in the Terms).
2. Return the goods within 14 days.

Important: for reasons of hygiene, withdrawal is excluded for sealed intimate and hygiene items once the seal has been opened. See the Terms for details.

Discretion is a priority for us:

• Neutral packaging with no reference to the contents or the shop.
• Neutral sender on the parcel.
• Neutral charge on your bank statement.

The shop is intended exclusively for persons of legal age. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to verify age.
